In this competition, Amazon has asked to solve one of the problems that exist in E-Commerce companies.

They were looking for a machine learning model that identifies the key aspects of the reviews given by customers.

A thorough analysis of a review can provide insights to retailers and E-commerce platforms about improvements that are required for better customer satisfaction.
